Nicky

BSc. (Hons)

Clinical Background

Nicky graduated from the University of Brighton in 2001 and spent the first 18 months of her career at Worthing Hospital, gaining experience across a variety of specialisms before finding her passion in neurology.

She went on to work in acute stroke and on the Sussex Rehabilitation Unit, before transitioning to the community neurological team in Worthing. With 23 years of neurological experience, Nicky has worked with a wide range of conditions including stroke, MS, Parkinson’s disease, Huntington’s disease, MND, and cerebral palsy.

Her current clinical specialism is MS and spasticity management, and she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every client she works with.

Exercise classes

Nicky is delighted to be joining the team at Four, where she will be offering targeted exercises and specialist guidance to help clients reach their individual goals. Looking to the future, she also plans to introduce group classes — an MS-focused session centred on strength and balance, and a Parkinson’s-focused class designed to improve cardiovascular fitness and mobility.

Sessions with Nicky are available to book on Tuesdays and Saturday mornings.
