What is an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist?
An Advanced Practice Physiotherapist is a highly experienced clinician with additional postgraduate training and specialist expertise.
Between us, we have over 35 years of physiotherapy experience, including 21 years working at an advanced level within the NHS. To reach this level, we have:
- – Completed undergraduate physiotherapy degrees
- – Undertaken postgraduate Master’s level training
- – Gained extensive specialist experience alongside consultants, doctors, and surgeons.
In our NHS roles, we assess complex conditions and support patients who are not improving with standard treatment.
We are able to:
- – Arrange and interpret MRI scans and X-rays
- – Request blood tests
- – Provide joint and soft tissue injections
- – Refer for specialist spinal injections or surgical opinions
We also:
- – Train physiotherapists and junior doctors
- – Teach nationally and internationally
- – Contribute to national clinical guidelines
How much do the gym and classes cost?
Gym sessions: £8.50 per session (discounts available for block bookings)
Classes: £12.50–£25, depending on the type and level of support
What equipment do you have?
Our gym is designed to be well-equipped but not overcrowded. You’ll have access to:
- – Cardio machines
- – Upper and lower body resistance machines
- – Free weights and a dedicated exercise space
To ensure a comfortable environment, sessions are limited to 10 people, with 14–15 exercise stations available.
What classes do you offer?
Our classes are evidence-based and tailored to specific conditions, helping you exercise safely and effectively.
We offer:
- – Osteoarthritis (including knee & hip rehabilitation)
- – Back pain
- – Strength training (beginner, intermediate and advanced)
- – Resistance training for menopause
- – Post-operative hip and knee rehabilitation
- – Cardiac (heart) rehabilitation
- – Pulmonary (lung) rehabilitation
- – Cancer rehabilitation
- – Physiotherapy-led rehabilitation programmes
- – Support alongside weight-loss injections
All classes are guided by experienced clinicians and adapted to your individual needs.

No, you’re welcome to book directly with us.
