Clinical Background
Nika combines health coaching, sustainable weight-management support, strength training and mobility to help women build healthier habits, feel stronger and develop a more positive relationship with food and movement.
Her practical approach goes beyond quick fixes, supporting clients with nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress and realistic lifestyle changes that fit into everyday life.
Professional Background
Nika previously worked within the NHS as a Health & Wellbeing Coach, supporting individuals to make sustainable lifestyle changes across nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress and overall wellbeing.
She is a qualified Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach, with specialist training in Stick Mobility. Nika has competed in UKBFF bikini competitions, giving her first-hand experience of structured strength training and body composition. She also represented her country in sport for several years, bringing a strong personal background in training and performance.
This combination of health coaching, strength and movement experience allows her to bridge the gap between knowing what to do and finding a realistic way to make those changes work in everyday life.

Approach
Nika believes improvements in health and body composition should feel achievable, empowering and sustainable rather than restrictive or punishing.
Rather than relying on extreme diets or overwhelming exercise programmes, she helps clients understand their bodies, nourish themselves well, build strength and create habits they can maintain long term.
Her coaching style is warm, practical and individualised. She meets people where they are and helps them progress in a way that fits their goals, lifestyle and current ability.
