Diana

Diana Rogers

With over two decades of experience in NHS rehabilitation, Diana brings a calm, knowledgeable and hugely supportive approach to helping people move better, feel stronger, and live with confidence.

Clinical Background

Since 2001, Diana has worked across Worthing and Southlands (UHS), starting in physiotherapy as a rehab assistant and progressing through technical instructor roles to become a Cardiac Rehabilitation Practitioner. She has supported people in both hospital and community settings, including delivering rehabilitation programmes in patients’ own homes.

Specialist Interests

Diana has extensive experience across musculoskeletal and orthopaedic rehabilitation, pulmonary and cardiac rehab, and cancer prehab. Alongside her NHS work, she is also a qualified Personal Trainer, with specialist exercise qualifications in exercise referral, cardiac rehab, cancer, and chronic respiratory disease.

Approach

Diana is passionate about making exercise feel achievable — especially for people living with long-term health conditions. Diana believes that when done well, exercise can be one of the most powerful tools for improving day-to-day function, building resilience, and supporting self-management. It can also play an important role in reducing risk factors for a range of health conditions, including cardiovascular disease, and in supporting long-term health following cancer treatment.

Outside the Clinic

Outside of work, Diana practises what she teaches — you’ll often find her running or sea swimming along the Sussex coast.
